The meals are excellent, tasty and enjoyable, with a generous amount of meat. Very useful to have when recovering from stroke and illness.

I bought some frozen meals from Fresh Choice and have been keeping them in the freezer. The other day I was too tired to cook dinner after work and defrosted a fish pie and had it—it was really beautiful. I love how easy it is to prepare. I’m looking forward to trying the other dishes too.

Amazing service and the MOST delicious and wholesome meals!!! Would highly recommend! I ordered these meals for my sister who just had her 3rd baby boy and they were so nourishing and easy to heat up from frozen. I tried their Fisherman’s Pie and Coq au Vin with vegetables, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich yet light—just like a comforting home-cooked meal. It really hit the spot! We recently discovered My Kitchen Table and decided to give their meals a go. Among the first were the Fisherman’s Pie, Chicken Cassoulet and Beef Bourguignon. All were very tasty, good portion size for two and easy & quick to cook from frozen. The instructions and packaging were impressive and we look forward to trying other meals in the product range.
