My Kitchen Table is a New Zealand-based company offering frozen home-cooked inspired meals, made with love in Nelson and delivered across the South Island.

2. Ordering and Payments
2.1 Placing Orders
Orders can be made via our website. All details must be accurate to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
2.2 Payment
Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept various payment methods, as specified on our website. Prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately.
3. Delivery
3.1 Service Area
We deliver free within the Nelson region and have set rates for across the South Island.
3.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location. While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
3.3 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
4. Competitions
4.1 Eligibility
Competitions are open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors, and immediate families of My Kitchen Table are not eligible.
4.2 Entries
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
4.3 Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. If unavailable, a prize of equal value will be offered. Winners may be required to sign a participation agreement or consent to publicity.
4.4 Promoter’s Rights
We reserve the right to modify or cancel competitions or disqualify participants if necessary.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
5.2 Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion. Reasons considered unacceptable for refunds include:
Change of mind.
Incorrect address provided.
Late consumption causing spoilage.
Dissatisfaction with product taste or appearance when it matches the description.
6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
6.1 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
6.2 Disclaimer
While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee products are free from allergens.
7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7.2 Maximum Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of your order.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
