South Island: Orders are delivered overnight to non-rural/residential areas. We strive to make meal delivery NZ simple and reliable.

All web orders received before 10am (Monday through Thursday) will be dispatched by courier from our production kitchens the same day and be transported overnight to arrive by 6pm (latest) on the next business day.
Orders received after 10am (Monday through Thursday) will be processed on the next available business day.
Any orders received after 10am each Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday (No weekend deliveries are available).
All meal orders are subject to availability.

Delivery & Food Safety Information
We take the utmost care to ensure your meals arrive safely, in excellent condition, and with their retail packaging intact. The quality of your meals, your dining experience, and food safety are always our highest priorities when packing and dispatching.
Our robust delivery packaging is designed to keep your meals frozen for 24–30 hours (often longer), so you can place them straight into your freezer on arrival. We recommend doing this at the earliest opportunity.
Our courier partner is highly experienced with perishable goods, and more than 98% of orders arrive the very next day after leaving our kitchen—normally within 24 hours.
Important:
If any meal feels soft to the touch on arrival, please place it in your refrigerator and consume within 3–5 days. Do not re-freeze.
In the unlikely event your order arrives outside the 24–30 hour delivery window, treat the meals as fresh (consume within 3–5 days, reheating until piping hot).
If meals do not arrive within 48 hours, please contact us immediately. Do not consume the meals—you will be entitled to a full refund.

Drivers are instructed not to leave meals in direct sunlight.
If you have special delivery instructions, please advise us when ordering.
Leaving a large chilly bin by your door is very helpful for couriers.
