Tomato and Olive Tagine

Tomatoes (30%), Onions, Olive Oil, Olives (4%), Garlic, Water, Lemon, Salt, Parsley, Pepper, Cornstarch, Coriander, Cumin, Ground Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, Cloves, Carrots, Celery, Parsnips, Leeks, Turmeric, Lovage Leaves, Nutmeg, Sunflower Oil, Bay leaf, Preservative (270), Acidity Regulators (300, 330).

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze once thawed

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS – REMOVE BOX FROM PACKAGING SLEEVE

All meals may be reheated from frozen, however for best results:

Microwave – from frozen Microwave on high (1000w) for 6/8 minutes single serve, 8/10 minutes double serve

Oven – From Frozen – preheat oven to 200°C and place uncovered meal on the centre shelf.

Heat for approximately 20 minutes

Ensure your meal is piping hot (above 75°C) and don’t forget to remove the protective paper lining before serving
